EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

The Chapel Gift Shop Limited (TCGSL) will only accept requests for an exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items valued at $50.00 and under will not be considered for exchange due to the high administrative cost involved. Qualifying conditions for exchange: 1. An item cannot be exchanged for another item of a lessor value. 2. An item must be returned in the original packaging 3. An item must not appear to be worn, used or damaged in any way. The exception being an item with a manufacturer’s defect. 4. Exchanges will not be accepted for the following items: • Books • Candles • Rosaries • Apparel • Games Guidelines for processing an exchange: 1. An email must be sent to chapelgiftshopreturns@gmail.com giving details with pictures of the items requested for exchange. 2. TCGSL will reply to the email giving the approval and instructions to return the item. 3. The item must be returned/shipped within 7 calendar days of receipt of the approval email. 4. All relevant cost related to the return of the item for exchange will be borne by the customer. 5. On receipt of the item at TCGSL the exchange will be processed and can result in the two following scenarios: a) An exchange for the same item or an item of equal value. • In this instance TCGSL will ship the item and bear the cost of delivery. b) An exchange for an item or a combination of items of a greater value. • An invoice will be generated for the additional amount and the customer must settle the invoice together with the delivery charge in order for the item/s to be delivered.
