REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be granted by TCGSL for items that are assessed to have a manufacturer’s defect. The request for a refund due to manufacturer’s defect must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. Guidelines for processing a refund due to a manufacturer’s defect: 1. An email must be sent to chapelgiftshopreturns@gmail.com giving details of the defect with supporting pictures along with a copy of the customers receipt. 2. The pictures provided will be used by TCGSL to assess whether there is a valid claim for manufacturer’s defect or if the item was damaged otherwise. 3. Once the item is deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect an email will be sent to the customer giving the approval and instructions to return the item to TCGSL. 4. All relevant cost related to the return of the item will be borne by the customer. 5. On receipt of the item a refund will be processed and the amount credited to the customers card.
